About Kelly
Kelly entered veterinary medicine in 2013 while enrolled in the Bachelor of Science program at the University of Alberta. She developed an interest in animal behaviour, health, welfare, disease, and nutrition. After graduating, Kelly followed her passion and continued to work full-time in small animal practice. Kelly’s eagerness and love for the field has continued to grow ever since, urging her forward into veterinary management, advocating for the patients, clients, staff, and industry as a whole. She appreciates Edmonton Holistic Veterinary Clinic’s commitment to providing quality integrative medicine and taking a gentle approach to caring for its patients. While she isn’t working, Kelly enjoys cuddling with her senior cat Bagheera, keeping her other cat Smudge out of trouble, reading novels in a diverse set of genres, training in Kizomba/Tarraxo dance, and spending time with family and friends. Kelly is also working towards obtaining her CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) designation.
